Benchmarking is the first step to managing and optimizing building performance and lowering operating costs. By measuring and comparing your building’s energy and water usage to similar buildings, past consumption, or a reference performance level, owners and occupants can identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and be awarded for superior building performance.

    • Building walk-through to verify property information and property use details

    • ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager data collection and input

    • Generate benchmarking report for the property’s energy and water use
