    • Review O&M manuals and ensure proper training of maintenance staff

    • Certify Contractor's final payment when contract requirements have been fulfilled

  • Mitigation of schedule claims by Contractor with proactive and thorough documentation

  • Advise on Warranty items, observe Warranty work, and participate in one year warranty review
